The President of Nigeria, Bola Tinubu has asserted that the completion of critical infrastructure projects across the country by his administration<\/a> was a clear example of what the country was capable of achieving when its leaders decide to work together towards a common goal, irrespective of political divide and personal interest.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Accordingly, he noted that the commissioning of the expanded outer southern expressway, OSEX, completed by the FCT administration, was a testament to the power of collaboration and partnership that goes beyond political and other affiliations.<\/p>\n

The President stated this at the presidential commissioning ceremony of the full-scope development of OSEX from Villa roundabout to Ring road 1 (RR1) in Abuja.<\/p>\n

Tinubu, who was represented by his deputy, Vice President Kashim Shettima, noted that the expanded outer southern expressway held profound significance for the FCT, its residents and visitors.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe completion of this project is not only a piece of engineering but a testament to the power of collaboration and partnership.<\/em><\/p>\n

\u2018\u2019It is a shining example of what we can accomplish when we work together towards a common goal, transcending political divide and personal interest for the greater good of our nation,<\/em>\u201d he declared.<\/p>\n

\u201cI thank the Minister, Ezenwo Nyesom Wike, and his team for quickening development and giving the residents of Abuja renewed hope,\u201d<\/em> he stated, reaffirming his administration\u2019s dedication to enhancing the quality of life for all Nigerians.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, Tinubu<\/a> had earlier justified the reintroduction of the old national anthem \u2018Nigeria, we Hail thee,\u2019 stressing that it was a priority for him.<\/p>\n

Africa Today News, New York recalls that Tinubu had last week signed a bill bringing back the old national anthem in a move that triggered criticisms from several quarters.<\/p>\n

But during a meeting with the Arewa Consultative Forum (ACF) at the Presidential Villa in Abuja, Tinubu dismissed the critics, insisting the reintroduction of the old anthem is not a misplaced priority as some have argued.<\/p>\n
